What is the process of using Prime?
Once we have the details of your need, our recruiting team will appropriately skill match available therapist, we will present a resume, references and skills checklist and set up a telephone interview. If you choose to proceed, we confirm and follow up with compliance prior to placing them at your facility. Your Account Manager will send all necessary paperwork right to your inbox to complete the process and get the therapist started.
What is the cost of using Prime?
Prime HealthCare Staffing negotiates one all-inclusive hourly bill rate for travel assignments, with invoicing based on client approved hours. This rate will cover all employee costs, payroll, taxes, workers comp & liability coverage, travel expenses to get them to you and housing for the traveler we place in your community.
