Beverly McCulley, BSN, RN

President
Elizabeth Rozelle is the founding partner and President of Prime HealthCare Staffing Inc. She founded the company in 2002 to provide quality, experienced therapists to health care facilities across the nation.
She has overseen expansion Prime HCS to include Direct Hire and Educational staffing Division's in order to be a national full service staffing agency for Prime's customers. She has been instrumental in the development and growth of the company. She believes in honesty, integrity and always doing what's 'right" for the customer and employee.
Prior to starting Prime HCS Elizabeth Spent 6 years with a national therapy staffing company as a Division President, Limited Partner and Regional Director, she lead, directed and trained on a local and national level in areas of sales, recruiting, retention and operations. Early on Elizabeth was a Regional Manager with a global Staffing firm focusing on health care staffing both in the home environment and facilities she over saw 20 offices in 7 Mid West States. Elizabeth has over 20 years in the health care staffing industry and has won numerous awards for her achievements and leadership. She has earned her MBA from Central Michigan Univ. and her under grad in Business Management from Madonna Univ.
Elizabeth is an advocate and strong supporter for orphaned special needs children on an international level, she also strongly participates in the promotion of further education for the orphans in China.
Cindy Williams
Vice President
Cindy joined the Prime team in 2014. She has worked in the contingent staffing profession for 18 years. She has proven successful with replacing transactional sales with a consultative, relationship-based sales, building long-term relationships.
Cindy is passionate about finding the highest caliber talent for her clients and the most sought-after opportunities in a clinical or educational setting for Prime employees.
On her time off, you will typically find her on the lake with her new grandbaby (although she doesn’t look old enough in her picture to be a Grammy!)
Elisabeth Lindsay
Director of Recruiting
Elisabeth is a lead recruiter here at Prime. She has been with the company for 11 years and loves the culture of the company. Prime is a great place to work because of my colleagues, I am respected for both my work and my personal activities (leader dogs, tennis, rug hooking, fiber artist, charities, etc.), we have fun….”.
She believes having strong values, hardworking, sense of urgency, “why” factors, make me who I am today… Per Jimmy Buffet …work hard/play hard…”.
Elisabeth has the love for travel and has been to every state except Alaska, she is an avid tennis player, and has been to 3 out of the 4 grand slam/majors. This fall she will complete her own “Lindsay-Slam” by making it to her fourth major at Rod Laver Arena in Australia.
Brandon Ketz-Munoz

She has spent years providing compassionate care to patients in outpatient surgical centers, adult and pediatric hospital settings. She is known for her meticulous approach to candidate placement and nurturing talent within the healthcare field. Leveraging her expertise and leadership skills, Beverly has also served as a clinical lead, guiding interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
Beverly serves as a bridge between healthcare organizations and candidates, ensuring the right fit for both parties. Her in-depth understanding of the intricacies of nursing roles enables her to thoroughly assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and aspirations to match them with positions that align with their expertise and career goals. Diane Bryan
Accounting Manager
Diane is the accounting manager here at Prime HealthCare Staffing, she is responsible for day-to-day accounting, monthly and quarterly financial reporting, payroll processing, auditing, billing, and ensuring compliance of all accounting processes.
Diane loves it here at Prime she feels like part a great team, everyone here is supportive and she is appreciated for her work. “Everything moves fast here! With so many states, there is never a dull moment in accounting!”
Diane is a positive thinker, detail-oriented and curious. She believes that obstacles exist to show your strength because, if it is matters, there is a way.
In her spare time, Diane is a runner – roads and trails outdoors year-round. She also loves knitting, crocheting, drawing and photography.
Pericles Chiatalas
Credentialing Manager
Pericles, or “Perk” as he is known by friends and colleagues, has been with Prime since 2009.
Perk is our Credential Manager and handles the onboarding of all of our new employees and ensures that starts are on-time.

Perk loves to travel, which he has done extensively throughout the world, his favorite place being Greece, of course. Perk enjoys working on, and driving his classic cars in his free time, and is also a high school official/referee for football and wrestling for over 30 years.
