Elisabeth Lindsay

Director of Recruiting

Elisabeth is a lead recruiter here at Prime. She has been with the company for 11 years and loves the culture of the company. Prime is a great place to work because of my colleagues, I am respected for both my work and my personal activities (leader dogs, tennis, rug hooking, fiber artist, charities, etc.), we have fun….”.

She believes having strong values, hardworking, sense of urgency, “why” factors, make me who I am today… Per Jimmy Buffet …work hard/play hard…”.

Elisabeth has the love for travel and has been to every state except Alaska, she is an avid tennis player, and has been to 3 out of the 4 grand slam/majors. This fall she will complete her own “Lindsay-Slam” by making it to her fourth major at Rod Laver Arena in Australia.

Testimonials

Travel PT suits me perfectly, since I’ve been able to feel like I am on vacation with each one of the assignments I’ve received from Prime. This is a part of the country that is worth exploring. In each situation, I’ve been able to get to know the character of different Northern Michigan communities, while working at assignments I love. Teaming with Prime on travel PT assignments offers me more than professional advantages. I have wonderful friendships with the people I work with at Prime. These friendships make my assignments much more pleasant. When I’ve changed from one contract to the next, I can trust the fact that Prime will direct me to contracts that I will enjoy. One of the biggest pleasures of working with Prime is how positive and supportive they are when I am on the road. As an example, on a recent assignment, I had to switch my living arrangements. The team quickly helped me find the next living situation and made sure I was settled in without any problems. They are very much a safety net for me, if I meet up with any little problem along the way. Prime has been a team I can rely on. Even when my recruiter is not available, the Prime team takes over, doesn’t miss a beat, and my assignments continue as smoothly as ever.

I worked with Prime for the past 3 years as a traveling physical therapist. I cannot say enough good things about them! What stood out to me about my recruiter (and Prime HCS as a whole) was her responsiveness at all hours of the day, and her quick resolution of any issues that arose during contracts. No matter what time zone we were in, I could send an email or text at any hour and be assured she would handle my issue. Prime worked very hard to find contracts that suited both my husband and I, and was not pushy about jobs we had no interest in. Prime maintains a good personal relationship with their clients, ensuring that the contracts we took were great jobs. In addition to her professionalism, our recruiter was very friendly and personable, taking time to get to know each of her traveling clients and building a relationship on a personal level. Despite the fact that she is a Patriots fan, I would highly recommend any traveler to reach out to my recruiter and Prime HealthCare. They may be a smaller company, but their personal touch and far reaching quality job contracts will not disappoint you!

It has been a pleasure working with Prime for the past 3 years. My wife and I chose Prime HCS to work with largely because of our recruiter and the personal touch she brought to the equation. We appreciated the smaller company as it really brought an individualized approach to being a traveling physical therapist that I felt was lost when speaking to some of the larger companies. Our recruiter was also willing to help in a timely manner with any issues that arose, and worked very hard alongside her team of colleagues to ensure our needs were met for each contract.

I’ve been with Prime HealthCare for almost 3 years and could not be happier with their support. Above and beyond they are always friendly and quick to solve any new issue that arises regarding my career or job placements. Prime is proactive in making sure I am up to date with licensure, continuing education and competencies. They offer great reimbursement for travel, continuing education courses and licensure fees. I would recommend Prime HCS to any healthcare professional looking to travel and work alongside a competent, professional group.
